Arise and Awake: A New Composition for Easter

Arise and Awake is a song I wrote for performance by the Grosse Presbyterian Church 8:14 Band on Easter Sunday 2014.  The 7-piece ensemble includes Guitar/vocals, bass, drums, keyboards, cello, and 2 backup singers (we are performing another original song here). The recording below is just me and my guitar, keyboard, microphone, and computer.   Solidly in the Christian acoustic rock genre, this song celebrates the return of Jesus on Easter.
