4 hours after "20 Beautiful Children" was released, donations reported to shinyheadmusic.com total over $100.  Thank you to all who have chosen to give, and please continue to share and encourage friends to do the same.  Promotion on Facebook is taking off, with entries to each of the 5 major Detroit news television channels, as well as both National Public Radio stations.  Follow the links below to "like" and comment on the video link I posted, encouraging coverage of the story.  If we can get the news outlets to take notice, we can spread the word even further.  

Today, the video and download-to-donate song "20 Beautiful Children" becomes available.  I am proud of the result, and hope that together we can make a difference.  I am grateful to all the volunteer musicians, singers, video and audio producers who put this project together - there is no way I could have accomplished this alone. For the victims, heroes and beautiful children of Sandy Hook Elementary

Today, I have been in contact via email and telephone with several charitable organizations in the Newtown, CT area.  I am working to finalize partnership between our project and charitable group(s) I will designate to receive donations generated by downloads of the song.  The video is close to completion, and we are excited to let everyone hear and see what we've made!  

Monday will be the day.  I'll post any news this weekend, but keep your ears and eyes open for a Monday release, then get ready to share and encourage your friends to do the same as they greet the new year.
